1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing software licenses, retaining custom engineering services, or accessing the website operated by Creavix Technologies ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Software Licensing & Scope
2.1 Permitted Use
A purchased commercial license grants you the non-exclusive right to install and run the software on the agreed number of servers or business domains for your organization's internal operational needs.
2.2 Restrictions
You may not redistribute, sub-license, resell, or publicly publish the uncompiled source code of proprietary Creavix applications unless an Enterprise Source-Code License agreement has been explicitly executed in writing.
3. Custom Engineering & Delivery
Custom development engagements are delivered against signed statements of work (SOW) with defined milestone deliverables. Final code ownership of custom modules transfers to the client upon full settlement of milestone invoices.
4. Support & Maintenance
Standard software licenses include maintenance and bug fix updates as detailed in your tier. Support does not cover modifications made by third parties to our core codebase without written authorization.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services or software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
