Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility for Digital Software Products

Creavix Technologies offers refunds within 15 calendar days of direct initial software license purchase under the following circumstances:

  • The software contains critical, unresolvable technical defects preventing basic operation, which our engineering team is unable to rectify within 7 business days of notice.
  • The product fundamentally deviates from the documented core feature specifications.

2. Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds are not granted under the following circumstances:

  • Custom software development, consulting, architecture audits, or hourly technical labor once delivered and approved.
  • Purchases made via third-party digital marketplaces (such as CodeCanyon / Envato), which remain strictly governed by the marketplace's own refund terms.
  • Server misconfigurations, unfulfilled system prerequisites (e.g. running obsolete PHP versions), or refusal to grant our team diagnostic access.
  • Requests submitted after the 15-day eligibility window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a review, email our billing department at creavixtech@gmail.com with:

  1. Your invoice number or digital transaction ID.
  2. Specific description of the technical impediment encountered.
  3. Server environment specifications and error logs where applicable.

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business banking days.
